Menu 2 – week of 25 January
Place your order by 4 pm Thursday, for delivery the following Monday and Thursday.
Salad of shredded chicken, brussels sprouts, toasted pecans, celery and pear and wild rice, apple cider vinegar dressing
Zucchini and carrot linguini with pink snapper, chilli, garlic and bottarga
Beef broth with kale, buckwheat, beluga lentils and edamame beans
Roast chicken breast, caper, vine ripened tomato and charred lime salsa, seasonal greens
Berbere roast Japanese pumpkin with a beluga lentil and buckwheat tabouli
Char grilled cape grim beef rump cap (150g), sugar snaps and salsify, olive tapenade
Poached mackerel, kimchi and roast sweet potato
Roast salmon, sweet pea mash, sautéed hispi cabbage, avocado oil and finger lime dressing
