Yes Chef is firmly committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information. No personal information that is provided is at any time shared with any third parties, in any form.

Orders

You may place an Order by following the instructions on this website. Your online order will be submitted by completing the payment details and indicating your acceptance by activating the ‘Check Out’ button. You will receive an email confirmation of your order confirming your order has been received. Customers wishing to cancel an upcoming subscription order can do so by logging into their account, cancelling their subscription by 2:59 pm Tuesday, for deliveries the following week. We will endeavour to process cancellation requests where possible; however will not be liable for any failure to do so. For incorrect orders placed by the purchaser, corrections may be made in the purchasers account up until weekly order cut-off (by Thursday 9:59 am). We will endeavour to process correction requests where possible; however will not be liable for any failure to do so. You acknowledge that the internet can be an unstable and, sometimes, an insecure marketplace. At times orders may not be processed or may not be accepted for reasons beyond our control. In these circumstances we accept no responsibility. We do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit to us. Accordingly, any information which you transmit to us, including your credit card details, is transmitted at your own risk and we are not responsible whilst such information is in transit.

Deliveries

Deliveries take place between 7:00 pm - 07:00 am to all suburbs with the exception of the CBD (2000 postcode) whereby deliveries are made between 8:00 am - 10:00 am.
As your food may be delivered in the middle of the night, it is the purchasers responsibility to provide very clear information on where you would like your box left, building access, instructions for buzzing and calling at certain times etc. Our drivers will leave your box at the safest place around, regardless of making contact with you. Unless otherwise instructed by you, between the hours of 9:30 pm and 7:00 am, our drivers will not buzz or call to advise your delivery has arrived. You will be notified by text message and email.
When placing your order, or after your order is placed, you can upload a photograph/s of where you would like your delivery left, in your account. If you live in a secure apartment complex, some of customers choose to leave swipe/access cards in letterboxes or safe places, or even have us collect one to hold onto for all deliveries.
We are unable to provide refunds for boxes not located, so it is very important to please share with us clear instructions for our delivery team.
You can login to your account on our website and change your delivery instructions our upload a photograph at any time, and we encourage you to do so.

Payments & Security

All orders must be pre-paid. Payment for online orders is to be made by American Express, Visa or Mastercard only. You may provide your nominated credit card details during the purchase process described on the website. You authorise Yes Chef to debit the Total Amount from your nominated credit card. If your nominated credit card is declined by your financial institution, Yes Chef will not be able to guarantee the delivery of the order, and may contact you to make alternative payment and delivery arrangements. All credit card payments are processed securely through Square, whose Card-processing systems adhere to the - PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
