Our gnocchi is house made by our wonderfully talented chefs. Potato bound with English spinach and ricotta the gnocchi is pan fried and served in a slow cooked tomato & basil stew. A salad of baby gem lettuce is finished with a lemon dressing and topped with ricotta salata; a Sicilian cheese that is dried and pressed giving way to a nutty flavour which we shave over your salad.
