Sticky Date Pudding (vg)
- Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- Leave the lid on and bake for 25 min.
- Warm the caramel sauce up in the microwave with the lid on for 1 min. Give it a stir and if needed, heat up a little more 30 sec at a time
- Plate up the puddings and pour the caramel sauce all over.
