Jerk Chicken (gf) (df) (nf)
- Preheat the oven to 170°C. Leave the chicken in its container with the lid on.
- Depending on your portion size, bake for: serves 2 for 30 min | serves 4 for 35 min.
- Remove the lime wedges from the salad and set aside.
- Once the chicken is hot remove the lid. Plate up the chicken leaving the sweet potato and wild rice behind in the container.
- Mix the salad with the sweet potato and wild rice, lime dressing and any juices from the tray.
- Plate up.
