For the Chicken:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Keep the lid on the packaging and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
2. Remove lid and serve alongside the cucumber salad and saffron rice. Sprinkle with cashews for serving.
For the Saffron Rice:
Place the container in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes, or heat in the microwave, adding 3 tablespoons of water for 3 minutes on high.
For the Salad:
Remove salad from packaging, place in a bowl of your choosing and drizzle over the dressing.
