For the Braised Eggplant:
- Preheat your oven to 180C degrees. Once hot, keep the lid on the packaging and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
For the Tortilla:
Place in a preheated oven for 3 minutes with packaging lid on.
For the Tomato & Bocconcini Salad:
Remove salad from packaging place in a bowl of your choosing, and drizzle over the hazelnut and truffle dressing.
