Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the gratin on a small baking tray and bake for 18 min. After 10 min add the steak to the pizza tray and bake for the remaining 8 min. Whilst the steak is resting, cook the vegetables in boiling water for 2 min. To plate up, squeeze the lemon into the salsa verde and drizzle over the beef and vegetables. Enjoy!
