Heating Instructions: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the pumpkin for 13 min. After you put the pumpkin in the oven, mix the dressing with the salad, give it a good mix so the acidity of the dressing collapses the vegetables a little. After the pumpkin is done, plate up the salad with the pumpkin on top and finish with the walnut crumb.
