Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 210°C. Transfer the polenta to a small pizza tray and roast in the oven for 10 min. After the polenta has been baking for 5 min, add the vegetables in their container to the bottom shelf of the oven with the lid off. Take the polenta and vegetables out of the oven together. To finish, drizzle romesco over everything and enjoy!
