Grilled flathead, kimchi, roast pumpkin and broccoli – FLATKIMCHI

Heating Instructions: Preheat your oven to 200°C. Transfer the flathead and pumpkin to small pizza tray and bake on the top shelf in your oven for 10 min. After 5 min add the broccoli florets to the same pizza tray. Check the fish is cooked after it has been in the oven for 10 min, then take the fish and broccoli out together. Pour the kimchi broth on to a bowl plate and microwave for 90 sec on full power. Check the fish is cooked, plate up and enjoy.
