Chicken thigh slow cooked in bone broth, leek, warrigal greens, capsicum, and confit garlic – WARCHIC

Heating Instructions: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the chicken broth for 25 min. Just before the broth is ready, blanch the warrigal greens in boiling water for 30 sec. Add the greens to your bowl, then pour over the broth. Squeeze the confit garlic out the skin and mush it into the broth, yum!
