Butter Chicken with brown rice and spinach pilaf – BUTTERCHIC

Heating Instructions: Preheat the oven to 170°C. Cover the chicken with the sauce and bake with the lid on for 25 min. Whilst the chicken is cooking microwave the rice for 90 sec.

Check they are both hot enough to your liking and plate up and garnish with the chilli, onion, and herbs. If the sauce has dried out a little stir in a splash of hot water to loosen it up.
