Heating Instructions: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove the broccoli from the container and bake the tofu and pumpkin for 17 min. After the tofu has been baking for 5 min, add the broccoli florets back to the container and continue to cook for the remaining 12 min. Pour the kimchi broth on to a bowl plate and microwave for 90 sec on full power. Plate up and enjoy!
