Heating Instructions: Preheat the oven to 250°C. Transfer the snapper to a small pizza tray and bake it for 8 to 10 min. Whilst the snapper is cooking, bring a small pan of water to the boil and cook the broccolini for 1 min. Plate up and enjoy with the salsa.
