Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 180°C Bake the chilli in its current container with the lid on for 25 min. After the chilli has been cooking for 12 min add the cauliflower and rice to the oven with the lid on. Take the chilli and cauliflower out of the oven together, plate up and top with sour cream and a sprinkle of Manchego cheese. Enjoy!
