Heating Instructions: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the tofu and pumpkin in their current container with the lid on for 18 minutes. Cook the beans in boiling water in a saucepan for 2 minutes when the tofu and pumpkin is almost ready. To plate up, gently remove the tofu and pumpkin from the container, add the beans and garnish and pour the sauce over.
