Spiced chicken with a buckwheat, kale and chia wrap, harissa yoghurt – CHICWRAP

Heating Instructions: Microwave the chicken and capsicum in their container for 90 seconds with the lid off. Then, microwave the wrap for 30 seconds. Once everything is warm, open the wrap up using the baking paper as a plate. Fill the wrap with the salad, chicken and sauce and enjoy!
