Silver dory fillet, kombu dashi, Chinese cabbage & roast carrots – DORYDASH

Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 200°C. Bake the cabbage and carrots in their current container with the lid on for 15 min. While the veg are cooking, transfer the fish to a small baking tray. After the veg has been cooking for 5 min add the fish to the oven. While the veg and dory are cooking, transfer the dashi to a small saucepan and gently bring to a simmer. To plate up, place the vegetables into a shallow bowl, place the fish on top and pour the dashi broth around the base. Enjoy!

Ingredients : John dory fish, Chinese cabbage, spring onions, onions, olive oil, red chillies, garlic, vegetable stock, celery, carrots, soy sauce, mirin, orange zest
