Heating Instructions: Microwave the egg and mushrooms in its current container with the lid on for 1 min on high. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil and drop in the noodles and vegetables. Remove saucepan from the heat when it has come back to the boil and strain the noodles and veggies. Return the saucepan to the heat and pour in the dashi broth. Turn the heat off once the broth has come to a slow simmer. To plate up, place the noodles and veggies into a bowl. Add the heated egg and mushrooms on top and pour over the dashi. To finish, sprinkle over the togarashi and coriander and enjoy!
