Heating Instructions: Bring a small saucepan of water to the boil. Whilst it is heating, gently fry the prawns on a medium heat for 2 minutes on each side or until cooked, then add the zucchini and herbs. When your pot of water has come to the boil, add the carrots and linguini for 30 seconds and then strain. Add the strained linguini and carrot to the frying pan with the prawns and zucchini. Gently toss and add a little seasoning to your taste. Serve with the wedge of lemon.
