Paneer & spinach curry, cauliflower quinoa rice, cucumber, red onion & coriander – PANCURRY

Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 160°C Bake Palak paneer in its current container with the lid on for 20 min. After the paneer has been cooking for 10 min, add the cauliflower rice to the oven in its container with the lid on. Take the paneer and rice out of the oven together and serve with the cucumber, coriander and red onion salsa. Enjoy!
