Palak chicken, cauliflower quinoa rice, cucumber, red onion & coriander – PALACHIC

Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 160°C Bake Palak chicken in its current container with the lid on for 30 min. After the chicken has been cooking for 10 min, add the cauliflower rice to the oven in its container with the lid on. Take the chicken and rice out of the oven together and serve with the cucumber, coriander and red onion salsa. Enjoy!
