Heating Instructions: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the mushrooms in their current container with the lid on for 20 minutes. While the mushrooms are baking, cook the collard greens in boiling water for 2 minutes. When mushrooms are almost ready, microwave butter bean mash for 90 seconds. Stir the mash to check it’s heated to your liking. Plate everything up and enjoy!
