Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 180°C Bake the cauliflower in its current container with the lid off for 12 min. When the cauliflower is almost ready, microwave the pilaf in its container with the lid on for 90 sec on high. To plate up, take the cauliflower out of the container and pour the passata onto your plate – you may need to add a tbsp of water to loosen up the sauce. Place the cauliflower on top of the sauce, along with the pilaf. To finish, drizzle over the yoghurt dressing. Enjoy!
