Grilled haloumi, tomato, gem lettuce, with a buckwheat, kale and chia wrap, harissa yoghurt – HALWRAP

Heating Instructions: Microwave the haloumi and capsicum in its current container with the lid off for 90 sec on high. Then, microwave the wrap for 30 sec. To construct, open the wrap up using the baking paper as a plate and fill the wrap with the salad, haloumi and sauce. Fold the wrap up and enjoy!

Ingredients : Haloumi, mixed bell pepper, wheat and gluten free multigrain wraps, red onions, tomato, cucumbers, cos lettuce, Greek yogurt, harissa sauce, olive oil, Cajun spice.
