Dukkah crusted lamb rump, roast cauliflower, potato & red onion, tomato passata – DUKALAM

Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 170°C Bake the lamb in its current container with the lid on for 15 min. After the lamb has been cooking for 5 min, add the cauliflower to the oven in its container with the lid off. To plate up, take the lamb out of the container and pour the passata onto your plate – you may need to add a tbsp of water to loosen up the sauce. Place the lamb on top of the sauce, along with the vegetables. To finish, drizzle over the yoghurt dressing. Enjoy!
