Chilli con carne – beef shoulder, black rice with cauliflower & Chinese broccoli – CONCARNE

Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 180°C Bake the con carne in its current container with the lid on for 25 min. After the con carne has been cooking for 12 min add the cauliflower and rice to the oven with the lid on. Take the con carne and cauliflower out of the oven together, plate up and enjoy!

Ingredients : Beef, kidney beans, tomatoes, vegetable stock, celery, onions, red chilli peppers, red capsicum, olive oil, garlic, cumin seeds, paprika, chilli powder, cauliflower, Chinese broccoli, brown rice, collard greens
