Brown rice & amaranth linguini with cherry tomato, bocconcini, zucchini, carrot, chilli & garlic – LINGBOC

Heating Instructions: Bring a small pot of water to the boil. Cook linguini and carrot for 20 seconds then strain. Heat a frying pan and heat the tomato ragu for a few minutes. Add the linguini and carrot to the fry pan and gently toss. To serve top the linguini with bocconcini, basil and chilli flakes.
