Heating Instructions: Preheat the oven to 170°C. Bake the chicken and mushrooms with the lid on for 30 min. When chicken is almost ready, microwave butter bean mash for approx 90 sec or until heated to your liking. Cook the collard greens in boiling water for 90 seconds. Plate up and enjoy, spooning the sauce over the chicken.
