Black pepper tofu, kombu dashi, Chinese cabbage & roast carrots – TOFUKOMB

Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 180°C. Bake the tofu, cabbage and carrots in their current container with the lid on for 17 min. While the veg and tofu is cooking, transfer the dashi to a small saucepan and gently bring to a simmer. To plate up, place the vegetables into a shallow bowl, place the tofu on top and pour the dashi broth around the base. Enjoy

Ingredients : Tofu, Chinese cabbage, spring onions, onions, olive oil, red chillies, garlic, vegetable stock, celery,  black pepper, soy sauce, wine, peanut oil, white pepper, coconut palm sugar, mild chilli paste, pink salt,  carrots, mirin, orange zest, organic black rice
