Baked eggs with white beans, green onions & tomato passata, rocket salad, hazelnut vinaigrette – BAKEDEGG

Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 200°C. Bake the eggs with the lid off for 12 min, or microwave for 2 min with the lid on for 2 min. To serve, dress the salad and scatter over the eggs.
